Homeless person is squatting on yard next to 1407 SW Henderson Street residence, most western side of apt/condo building. Building is called Amanda Park Apts. Defecation and hoarding is out of control, rats are becoming attracted to yard squalor. Tried to contact any resident or building manager to no avail. The posted phone number for the building that I found online does not belong to corresponding building, so i am unable to notify anyone who lives there of their yard squatters. My complaint
