The construction site across the street at 14th Ave and Union St is violating the noise code. I've been hearing jackhammering sounds begin at 7 am, when they are only permitted to begin at 8 am. I can sleep through other construction noises, but these noises have been especially disturbing to neighborhood life.

The construction across the street (at the intersection of 14th Ave and E Union St) has been working loudly at ridiculous hours. Currently, as of 4:24AM (Tuesday, 9/17/2024) they have brought in a crane that is so loud and high pitched, that it sounds like a 4th grade recorder concert. It has now been 16 minutes (current time is 4:40AM) and the sound persists.
