Maintenance technician came to my unit on Tuesday 4/4 to fix a handful of things, and in the process broke my oven/stove (it was working before he altered it and also was not on the list of things he needed to repair). PER PHONE COMPLAINT: Owner received permit for costruction of a new building.This permit breaks the lease agreement. After complaining to owner they then started to threaten the Complainant to end lease. They are not complying with the terms of the lease by eliminating the parking for the current tenants.
