"Per CSB": How many city code violations does it take to get someone out here? theres hazardous waste being dumped in the yard, a chop shop, vehicles in thye yard and sidewalk, blatant drug use and sales. Why is this permitted? Ridiculous.

Per online complaint: Hi, this residence has three or four vehicles parked in the front yard. It is also running a junk yard from the home. All kinds of stuff piled in and around the yard. Extra stuff gets stored on open trailers attached to vehicles that are parked up and down 14th Ave NW and on the side streets.

"Per online complaint" This homeowner has an increasingly large amount of trash, pallets, tires, car parts, etc. that are taking over not only his own yard, but the streets in front of and around the house. It's an eyesore at best and a safety hazard at worst. We can provide photos if you'd like.
