Called complaint line saying 12/15/10 complaint never investigated: "Raised grading twice on this property and cemented over back yard with impervious cement. Complainant lives on lower property and the water is running off and flooding. The inspector needs to view the back yard from her property to get the full impact of the grading. It is much higher than her property."

Raised grading twice on this property and cemented over back yard with impervious cement. Complainant lives on lower property and the water is running off and flooding. Grading without a permit; raised grade by 4 feet. This can be viewed from the alley. I asked if more than 100 cubic yards has been added to the yard & she said yes.***adding more than 100 cu.yds. of fill AND raising the grady by 4 ft. without a permit & inspections***
