PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: 1412 Unit C is being illegally used as an Airbnb rental - it is in the ground floor of a livework space located in an NC zone. The ground floor unit was probably illegally converted to be a separate space as I've not been able to find record of a permit.***(HZT NOTES: Complainant states property not zoned for AirBnB even with the new Short Term Rental regulations.
