(See - 002981-26CP)Heating in common areas of East Apartment Building is not working.  I filed maintenance requests on:9 Mar 2026 ID #: 693340713 Mar 2026 ID #: 693687031 Mar 2026 ID #: 6952273I was told repairs would be made.  There is still no heat in the East Apartment Building Common areas.  RCW 59.18.070 allows for a 10 day period to fix the heating issue.  Infinity Apartments is out of compliance with RCW 59.18.070.

1414 10th Ave, Seattle, WA  98122 is Infinity Apartments.  The East apartment building has two elevators, elevator #3 and elevator #4.  Elevator #4 malfunctioned on 30 Jan 2026, and has been out of service.  I informed Infinity management on 17 Feb 2026, that RCW 59.18.070 states Infinity has 10 days to commence remedial action.  Furthermore, if completion is delayed due to circumstances beyond the Landlord's control, the landlord shall remedy the defective condition as soon as possible.  As of
