Illegal unit. Woman living in a crawl space underneath the building facing the rear yard (west side) and paying rent for it. The space has a door and appears to be a storage unit, it's not a rental unit. The women was living in a vehicle prior to moving in here. Her name is Amber Barnett and her phone number is 949-439-7465.
