After fire department did work on property, tenant has noticed water has been orange. Has to let run for a while before color disappears. Property management cannot do anything about this. Requesting inspection.

Construction/loud noises are happening before 7am on 15th Ave NE and NE Ravenna Blvd. I woke up today with noise starting around 6:45AM

There has been excessive construction noise on the intersection of NE Ravenna Blvd and 15th Ave NE to the point where it is shaking my apartment for days on end and I am unable to work/join meetings due to loud noises. There was no notification of this construction and we do not have a timeline of when it will end. I am extremely disappointed in the city for not giving residents a heads up.

The previous screen did not allow me to select the exact location, so I chose the closest location I could, but please know the actual site is the Ravenna Blvd median area between University Way NE and 15th Ave NE, NOT 1415 Ravenna. Some call it "Olga Park". Anyway, there are frequent fires in this grassy median area by the residents. Some are uncontrolled emergencies and are dealt with by SFD. There are also smaller fires, which create smoke that blows into the windows
