Per Online; I received a report of tree topping near 11th Ave W/Queen Anne Greenbelt. The report on August 12, 2021 at 9:46 AM stated: "Sometime between 8-8:30 I was looking out my kitchen window noticing branches falling from one of several evergreens we can see growing in the Queen Anne greenbelt. The person in the tree proceeded to de-branch the tree, and then topped it off. My husband called 911 and also ran over there to tell them to stop. They did not listen
