We are renting an apartment in our building, and experienced sewage backup through a drainage pipe to our in-unit washing machine on October 22, 2019. This resulted in flooding into our living area, which resulted in removal of carpet, drywall and baseboards, disconnection of our in-unit washer/dryer, and loss of use of our closet.
