My roommates and I have valid rent leases at our current home, that we have rented from the homeowner through a rental agency called Bungalow. We have been very considerate and responsible tenants who pay our bills on time. We suddenly got a notice from Bungalow saying that the homeowner is not working with them anymore and that we need to vacate this place by Dec 31. Per Online; My landlord, Bungalow, who manages the property at 1416 N 54th St, Seattle, for the homeowners, issued a notice of lease termination as of 12/31/2020. My signed lease for my individual room on the property is for a ten month period from 11/1/2020-8/31/2021. There are currently two other occupants with leases that extend into 2021: Jamie Randall and Aditya V. We are all current on payments, with no complaints from the landlord about any violations.
