My apartment building has recently walled off what used to be a carport with a fire exit. The wall does have a door but I believe it breaks the fire code as the door/wall blocks a marked fire exit, the door is not easily opened, and the door does not close on its own. This was also the only wheelchair accessible entrance or exit for the building and tenants have not been provided with keys to access this new door.

Per Online; Property manager "Guide Property Management LLC" has failed to comply with RCW 59.18.280 and consequently failed to comply with Seattle municipal code 7.24.035.D. My tenancy ended on June 30th when my lease expired. I reached out on July 23rd and was informed that a check was written on the 21st and mailed. I never received this check. I sent a certified letter to the principal office of Guide Property Management LLC demanding the return of my deposit on July 31st.
