The GFCI electrical outlet in the kitchen/dining area started repeatedly shorting out at around 3:30am. When it does, all the electricity initially goes out, and then some lights in the apartment will come back on flickering. The reset light on the outlet will repeatedly buzz as it's shorting out. I have hit the reset button on the outlet, and I have reset the breaker.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN SIX DAYS THAT I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS TOLD BY THE FIRST MAINTENANC
