Per Online; About 6 months ago, the new manager of this apartment building installed insanely bright outdoor lights that are on 24 hours / day. They light up our entire private patio and home at all hours of the day and night. It's lighting up the lower levels of the upper units as well. I have asked the Manager directly to address the issue and she had a very small shield installed that did basically nothing to help. I mentioned that this solution is unacceptable and she said
