Owner of property who lives out of state is trying to rent out a basement unit not registered as an ADU. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1419-E-Denny-Way-Seattle-WA-98122/48976071_zpid/This basement unit is not compliant; the ceilings are below 7ft in areas, there is no separate meter for any utilities and it shares the circuit breaker with the main house upstairs.
