I am the tenant who lives on the basement level of this property. My complaint is regarding wastewater contamination and concrete dust contamination in my living space that has not been properly mitigated, despite reporting issues to the property manager. On November 26, 2025 a wastewater pipe in the basement backed up and the water seeped into a carpeted storage closet and onto the hallway carpet.
