RRIO 1.4) Exterior stairs and decks are safe, structurally sound, and in good repair: The entrance to my building does not have guardrails or handrails, affecting disabled tenants' and guests' ability to enter the building. I submitted a maintenance request to my landlord on June 20, 2025 about this issue, and my request was marked as resolved on June 23, 2025 even though no changes were made.
