The property next door at either 1419 or 1421, seems to be a duplex of sorts, has been working a construction project. I am located at 1425 and they keep using our back yard as a path to claim as an "easement."ONLY Seattle utilities are to be using "easements" This is NOT a public path. They have been asked numerous times. They peer into our windows as they pass, use vulgar language, and cigarette smoke emits into our house as they pass our windows. I called the Elysium

Per Online: Over the past three months, I've found six bed bugs in my room.This is a house with eight bedrooms, all separate tenants/agreements.I found four bed bugs in my room within the past seven days, and they will not treat it based on the opinion of the exterminator that has inspected my room each time.

Has found bedbugs in property on numerous occasions. Mgmt. had someone come out to Inspect but did not treat it, not willing to treat. What are rights? Should they have this taken care of?

Tenant has never signed or was given a lease. Tenant was told to be out of property by 2/28, don't believe he was given proper notice. Owner showed tenant that he never signed, name was forged is this legal, what are rights? Tenant is disabled on a fixed income.

per online complaint: Unsecured house is vacant with several easily accessed openings at grade, multiple locations of trash and construction debris piling up around the perimeter of the house, shared easement driveway is a mudpit due to contractor vehicles with no attempt to clean or maintain the easement.
