I have plumbing issues. My specific request was: "persistent unpleasant bathroom odor since move-in that does not go away with cleaning. smell is coming from bathroom/drain (possible biofilm/P-trap/overflow related). Requests maintenance to inspect and address source of odor."The request was filed, but no fix was applied within 72hrs but the request was marked complete.
