The building behind my address started construction at 8:30 AM Saturday August 10, 2024. Hammering, using loud machines and generally disrupting the entire neighborhood. My understanding is that construction cannot start until 10 AM on weekends.

Caller is calling on behalf of her daughter who has been displaced from rental unit. Last week, the daughter was physically abused by her boyfriend (who was the primary tenant on the lease). The boyfriend subsequently locked her out of the unit, and committed suicide. Daughter has belongings in the unit, which landlord refuses to allow access to. Family members of the deceased tenant are preparing to clean out the unit soon, if not already. Prohited Acts?
