Arboreal Property Management bought my building recently. I have not been able to contact them, or speak to a building manager (or anyone who works for them) since they bought the building. I am unsure what to do about things like payments because I have no numbers to call or people to reach out to who work for the building. HOUSING--per online--The back door of the building does not shut properly. Repair attempts have been made since last summer repeatedly, and there is still no lasting remedy. Repair attempts include changing the door knob, adding latch guards and fixing the hinge on the door to allow the door to actually close fully. The door still remains too lightweight or the hinge is not installed properly, so the door continues to hang open or ajar. If tenants do not force the door to slam
