PER PHONE COMPLAINT: HBMC violations.Extensive water damamge has caused mold spots through out unit on walls, above windows and light fixtures have standing brown water.There was a water leak on October 3rd and the landlord had to open walls to repair, but Complainamt feels there are multiple areas of water intrusion causing the mold in unit.

per online complaint: Resident in Unit #211 submitted a complaint to Seattle Fire regarding blocked egress from his unit when the adjacent storage room door is propped open.
