There has been a large amount of junk stored in my neighbors' yard for over a year. From what I understand, this house is a rental and it appears that the tenants put their unwanted furniture, appliances, and garbage in the yard instead of disposing of them properly. It does not appear that the homeowner has taken any steps to remove the debris. Some of the items include soiled couches, large appliances, and bags of what I assume is trash. Not only are these items unsightly,
