Complaint: Land Use
Opened June 15, 2026
Building light to the side is nearly broken, but not completely, which is causing constant, nonstop, flashing into building next door (14300), facing windows of other units. This is resulting in not being able to able to sleep due to LED flashing at windows and needs to be replaced but has not been by property management for multiple weeks now. This is on right side of building from street when looking at front entrance. Previous attempts have been made directly before with no resolve yet.

Landlords do not respond to noise and smell complaints due to frequent drug activity in thr building. The smell is making me nauseas and gives me a headache. It often wakes me up at night and keeps me from getting back to sleep.

Landlord does not provide clean safe habitable environment and does not inspect regularly. There was water damage last year in the whole building from a burst pipe and I have complained multiple times of smelling mold before moving out. She now refuses to send my security deposit but I am concerned about the tenants continuing to live there.

Landlord is withholding part of my security deposit to re-paint the unit after moving out. However, the unit walls were not damaged and the Landlord has no proof of damage. A walkthrough was not conducted after I moved out of the unit. The Landlord has deducted the following from my $1200 security deposit
