per Online Complaint:"The chimney is decaying, there's water leakage in the basement, there were free hanging electrical wires in the bathroom, and the outlets spark and buzz when you plug something in."Spoke to tenant who said he is working with POTA on a violation of Just Cause Eviction. He is in the process of appealing the eviction. Will have access for another couple of weeks.
