Pro-Vac is drilling at 8:30 at night. It is over 60 decibles inside my appartment with the doors and windows closed. There is loud crashing noises as well as constant drilling sounds. I asked them when they would stop, but they said "when their done" as if they cannot start again tomorrow morning to be in compliance with noise code.
