A construction crew, next to a Seattle Housing apartment, is using our parking lot to park. They are so rude, they are even knocking on the doors of our tenants asking them to move their cars so that they can park at 6:00 am. They do not have permission to park or be on our property but they don't care. I have called the police but they never show up. This morning they almost ran over one of our tenants and her child and when she confronted them, they just laughed at her and drove off. Th
