Seattle Deparatment of Transportation started construction at 7:00 this morning, 6/1/2024. When I went downstairs to speak to the person in charge, I asked, "isn't construction not supposed to start until 9 am?" He told me it is allowed to start at 8. I reminded him regardless, it is 7:15 currently and they needed to stop doing construction. They continued to do construction, so I called the SDOT emergency dispatch service. This afternoon and well past 7pm - Kaiser Permanence Capitol Hill (15th & E John) had Evergreen Concrete Cutting service in their courtyard cutting pavement. The saw was very loud and was echoing through the courtyard over to multiple apartments nearby. You could hear the saw clearly in my apartment at 1435 E John St. I think the ordinance for large machines is 7PM? This carried
