The renter of the lower unit of this duplex has emptied what appears to be the entire contents of the apartment into the yard. We initially assumed that they were doing work or repairs that required the place to be emptied. However, it has now been there for months. Aside from being unsightly, we believe it violates the junk storage code. We have pictures to document this but the system is not allowing me to upload them.
