Buildings exterior lighting has not been on for months. I've seen residents of the building using cell phone flashlights to walk up/down the stairs. I contacted who I thought was their property rental manager, but they informed me the building was sold in August and I cannot find the contact information of the current owner beyond the LLC name.

Hello. I have been a tenant at 1438 NW 60TH ST APT 401 since 05/28/20. During my time living here there had been issues maintenance has help and tried to resolve. My primary concern is I have no heat. I tried using my heat as it is now colder. The heat does not work. Property Management has been slow in response, I find myself having to follow up with them.
