PER ONLINE: construction crews blocks adjacent property's (1437) gate along fence with temporary construction  fencing daily. They move temporary fence from their property and slide into in front of neighbor's fence blocking access to neighbor's property. Continue to do so despite being asked repeatedly not to do so.
