There is loud construction noise late at night (past 11:30 pm!) on 130th Street near the I-5 on ramp that is incredibly disruptive to residents. There has been no notice of this construction given to residents in the vicinity. This noise is a violation of the City noise ordinance and property tax paying citizens should have the right to review construction projects that impact them.
