Malden Apartment - Failure to Return Security Deposit within 21 Days of Move-OutWe fulfilled our contracted six month lease at 1454 E Harrison Street #106, communicated throughout with the property manager (including intent to vacate, walk-through, and key return) but have not received the security deposit within the legally required 21 day period. The lease ended July 31st and we have yet to receive the security deposit of $313.
