This rental property (as listed on Airbnb and other host sites) lawns (both front and back) are extremely overgrown to the point there are weeds over the fence, encroaching on the neighborhood sidewalk and harboring pests-the overgrowth is over 5 feet in the front yard. The owner does not live in Washington State nor properly care for this property, and the yard attracts pests.
