Mark from SPU has talked to this development site twice after receiving complaints about them pumping muddy water out into the street. They continue to do so and he hopes our construction inspectors can get involved.***Is TESC/CSC per Permit 6399049? Demo is done and they've been pumping dirty water through the silt fence onto S Columbian Way and it ends up in the City's storm system (reported events: 12/18/14 @ 7pm and 12/19/14 @ 8:30am***
