Rubber door gasket seal is old and permanently compressed so there is a significant gap allowing a strong draft and visible light to pass through. I reported the problem to management/maintenance and their reaction was to gaslight me and make no attempt at fixing it. Several other tenants in the building have shared with me that the same has been done to them for the exact same complaint for their unit. This is possibly a building wide deficiency in several units.

Unit is infested with roaches everywhere, coming through the walls. Landlord hired someone to spray not a professional, didn't do a good job. Roaches still present. Outlets in unit don't work owner is slow to fix issues or won't fix at all. Tenant also received a rent increase in August on a 1yr lease. What are rights? update 11/2/23 lj 30 day notice pay $1000 by 12/1/23 rent increase

Walkway blocked by large ashtray, and a sign to not move it. I am disabled and this is not ADA compliant, my equal access to amenities such as the bench there is blocked.
