Metal piping is full exposed underneath the steps leading to my bedroom. Notified the Landlord about an incident in which I tripped on the pipe coming up the steps and cut my leg. Landlord said that he would not address the pipe sticking out.

There is a pipe sticking out from the steps going to my room that is trip hazard and I have already fell because of it. The landlord informed me that the pipe would stay where it is and that nothing is going to be done.
