live in apartment buildin run by property management company. Rent was adjusted at the beginning of the year, had a written agreement with property manager at the time that will rent will not increase until the end of 2024. However new manager took over and is changing terms of the length of lease and want to raise rent sooner than tenant was promised. Would like guidance on rights as a tenant.
