Per online complaint, "The sidewalk in front of this property (Queen Anne Terrace) is full of moss and is a safety violation. I once called the landlord and they said the sidewalk is the City's property and issue. The massive amounts of moss and overgrowth onto the sidewalk becuase a sliding hazard once it rains."
