I received a notice of rent increase that I have questions about. I also have repair requests that have not been responded to. I have a leak under the kitchen sink, visible mold, bathroom fan doesn't work, some of the wall outlets don't work. I have aheart condition and have a pacemaker. I need my apartment repair and mold treated. Is it fair to increase the rent if the repairs are not completed?

MOVED OUT IN SEPT BUTHAS PAID RENT THROUGHORIGINAL END OF LEASE(DECEMBER 2021).1-2 WEEKS FOR CLEANINGAND MAINTENANCEREQUESTED BY LANDLORD AND THENTENANT BELIEVED APT WOULD BEON MARKET AGAIN.HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND LANDLORDSTILL WORKING. BELIEVES RENOVATINGNOT JUST BASIC MAINTENANCE ANDCLEANING POST TENANT. LOCKS CHANGED PRIOR TO LEASE END.
