The building is an apartment complex with 8 units, 7 occupied. I have noticed for years a very strong moldy smell in my apartment which seems to never go away no matter how clean and ventilated we keep it. In the 5 or six years I've been living here, I have heard all other tenants have the same problem and even more serious problems like leaky roofs, bathrooms and ceilings. Per Online; I've been having leak problems for a year. The I've been having leak problems for a year. The ceiling is open, and they haven't come to repair it. I also have mold and problems with the electrical wiring in the plugs, sometimes it sparks. In general, the building is in very poor condition.

Per Online; Building is suffering from major leakage issues. The landlord only temporary fixes said issues but the leaks start back up again. Mold is growing in the units and endangering the lives of many families. All these issues and the rent is still going up.

We've had a leak inthe ceiling over a year. It was partially repaired, but started leaking again. Now there is a hole in the ceiling. Management is notresponding at all. Also, some of the wall sockets don't work. (Complainantrequires a Spanishinterpreter)
