Update: Tenant no longer in unit, would like inspection requested. 7/1/24During the recorded in person tour of the unit (by my friend) on 23 Apr 2024, it was told that the unit needed maintenance and cleaning (broken pocket doors was what I noticed in the video); however after signing the contracting and the initial lease start date of 15 May, the door was not fixed. The move-in date changed to 24 May and I received an email on 29 May that the door was fixed. Upon entering the unit on 2 Jun
