Landlord has refused to address property issues in a proactive way and has consistently approached it very reactively. It has allowed the cement stairs to crumble, crack, deteriorate, chunks falling off, making it wholly unsafe while showing signs of cracked foundation under the stairs. One side has been marked off finally, but staff routinely remove the tape when they are needing to use the stairs when moving heavy objects/regular usage. They have allowed units to fall severely behind
