Violation of new ordinance 126451Our landlord raised our rent by 25%, forcing us to move. We are low income tenants. The landlord refused to discuss the raise with us. We were told the raise was non-negotiable and due to "COVID market bounce back". We are seeking financial assistance to cover moving costs.
