Tenant moved into Unit B07 on 11/3/25. During the move-in inspection, management acknowledged visible mold growth in the bathroom and stated that the ceiling drywall would need to be removed and replaced due to suspected moisture intrusion behind the wall. This repair did not occur.On 11/14, maintenance performed only a surface bleach cleaning and a brief moisture meter check. No building materials were opened, and moisture readings were taken for under one second per location. Mold staining
