Neglect to fixing things by prop mgmt, wondering what options are to breaking lease. The garage door is constantly broken, sometimes it's partially open, sometimes alarm goes off, most recently it was all the way open, private property was damaged due to letting outsiders in garage. 3 other burglaries including storage unit broken into.

Would like to know rights. LL is moving someone into the unit (6E) where the router is. The router will be shared by both tenants but complainant will not have access to the router for any issues or to reset. 48hhrs notice needs to be given for permission to access. What to do?
