Dup Construction--per online--Resident in 1510 Unit C has built a fence in their front yard and bringing in materials to improve the area within the fence. While importing gravel and dirt they have made a mess on the street but will not clean. Please give them a notice that it is not allowed per city's construction code. PER ONLINE: This unit has been constructing a fence in the front yard and within the fence they removed the grass and are placing the soil and gravel. As they were bringing in the material into the fenced they have made a mess on the street parking area dropping a huge quantity of soil and gravel and left them there for days. The droppings are in the parking area adjacent to their unit, north and south of common driveway. Please have them clean them up and let them know that i
