Per Online; The property management company (Gibraltar) does not provide adequate waste management facilities. There is no compost available. Garbage and recycling frequently spill over onto the sidewalk and the street. The garbage blocks pedestrians and presents health risks. Many residents have dogs and as a result, soiled doggie pads are almost always lying out on the street. Boylston Ave. is a high traffic pedestrian street, and will be even busier once a new tenan

Per online complaint "Substandard Rental Housing conditions due to improperly connected gas line which lead to a gas leak in my apt. I reported a gas smell on 4/3/10, PSE came to investigate after midnight on 4/4/10 and found that a flex fitting and a steel fitting had been tied into each other, then smeared with putty."
