I asked that Bellwether define the scope and need for access to my apartment rather than a blanket notice for total access to my apartment and they are refusing to define what they need access to. Leading to a stalemate. I have told them I am more than willing and not denying them access but asking them to define their needs as a blanket request is not reasonable. Instead of simply reissuing a notice saying check smoke detectors and check under sinks for leaks which is what I was informed by ot
